Shibori Platter Container 20 oz stein with beautifulLucy designed this piece from her studies of traditional Shibori textiles. The rounded, open rectangle pattern is subtly varied with a hand incised line, which supports the artisan quality our wheel thrown pottery. After the piece is bisque fired, Lucy adds cobalt stain which reads as indigo on the lighter blue glaze that we use for this piece. This is a limited edition for collectors of original contemporary ceramics. Great on a table display piece,
